HENAN Diesel Engine Heavy Industry (HND) was established back in 1958, and is a subsidiary of the state owned, China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC). We produces the country’s largest Horse Power High-Speed Diesel Engines in China basing on Germany’s DEUTZ-MWM technology they had acquired decades ago.

Using latest Diesel technology and modern manufacturing standards, HND manufactures engines with power ratings from 186 to 4000 kW. HND is designed from ground up as True Marine Engines for Heavy Duty & Continuous Duty applications in our modern factory facility in Henan Province, Luoyang City.

Having the best performance to weight ratios in its class, HND produces the widest range of engines within the model series for most Marine Applications with lasting reliability and easy maintainability. All these thanks to its simple and effective engineering design and features on all major performance components.

 

All HND high speed engines are designed and bench-tested to the best fuel economy within its performance class. Having outstanding Power to Weight ratios without utilising complicated and proprietary electronic fuel systems.

 

HND is also Military proven with mass application largely in the modernised Chinese Naval fleet, Russian Navy fleet, Israeli Navy, Bangladesh Navy, Holland Coast Guard, Indinesia Navy and the Myanmar Navy.

 

HND can also be available in the latest Common-Rail Fuel Injection System for even higher performance power ratings if required. HND engines are in compliance with MARPOL Annex VI Regulation 13 (NOx) and NOx Technical Code 2008. Our products also attain the latest classification requirements of major class societies : BV, ABS, DNV-GL, CCS, RINA and Russian Class.

 

HND is now available for all commercial applications from HND Asia Pacific (S) Pte Ltd Regional Office here in Singapore. We can also design and supply the complete power train from engines, gearboxes, shafting and to the propellers, including all monitoring and control systems.

HND also has a full range of GAS powered Generating set (up to 1500kW) that is equipped with advanced indicators, superior performance, and is a leading product in China in various heavy duty application segments. HND Gas Generating set can adapt to different gas density, natural gas, wellhead associated gas, coal bed methane, biogas, sewage gas, coke-oven gas, blast furnace gas, and refinery gas.
